He walked me thru the process so I knew what to expect. They made me feel confident and comfortable in my choice of body shops. They did what they said they would on time. It looks like new and you never would know the work was done. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I recently had some work done at Lake Bluff Auto and it was by far the best experience with a Body shop I have ever had. Paul was SO nice and really offered "White glove service". He was friendly, resourceful, and helped with any/all questions I had. My car was pretty dented/chipped paint, and their body shop guys made it look like new! I would highly recommend them!

Very professional team. Paul call me when he found other undetected bumper issues requiring additional fixing. Finished job was well done in a timely manner. Price for the repair was still less than other local body shops. I would definitely use Lake Bluff Auto again.
